I do not like speaking about it but, I once had another Auto insurance policy with another company. I had to add my 16yr son to the existing policy. I called the agent I had at the time and did not get an answer. I left a message and sent a email. Three days later, I still had not gotten a response from the agent. I called Mercury Insurance and Karen answered right away.
